Since 2014, our organization has expanded its scope of operations as a subcontractor for soil stripping and coal mining project at “Khoshoot mine” in Hovd province, providing jobs for 659 full-time employees and about 300 contractors and subcontractors. Our company has a human resource policy of comprising more than 90% of our employees by local people by training, developing, and providing them with jobs.

Today, we are operating with over 170 vehicles and machines capable of stripping 12.4mln m³ soil and mining 6.7mln tons of coal annually as well as we are responsible of conducting repair and maintenance of 311km road between Khoshoot and Yarant border point.

OHS policy

In order to be a leader in the reform of the mining industry in Mongolia and to achieve the goal of occupying the leading role, we comply with the laws, rules and regulations of Mongolia in the company’s operation, properly identify any risks in each process, and control them to be at the lowest level, prevent accidents, create a favorable working environment, ensure the participation of every employee in adopting a positive attitude towards safe work, create a healthy and safe environment, and regularly improve the requirements of the OHS management system.
